Church Administrator

**JOB ROLE**:
We are seeking a Church Administrator to ensure the smooth operation of Solomon’s Porch Singapore (SPSG), facilitating our ministries and supporting our vision.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**MINISTRY/VOLUNTEER COORDINATION**:
1. Serve as the main contact for Ministry Heads, offering support and guidance.

2. Coordinate communication between departments, ensuring timely updates and announcements.

**COMMUNICATIONS & IT SUPPORT**:
1. Manage our website, social media, and Church Centre app for current and user-friendly platforms.

3. Disseminate church-wide information to keep members informed about events.

**OFFICE MANAGEMENT**:
1. Establish and maintain efficient office processes.

2. Manage office contracts and liaise with external vendors.

3. Ensure our church premises are well-maintained.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
**PERSONAL**

1. A committed follower of Jesus Christ with authentic spiritual practices.

2. Values interpersonal relationships and teamwork.

3. Able to balance work and personal life effectively.

**PROFESSIONAL**:
1. Experience in administration or operations management, preferably in a church or non-profit setting.

2. Strong interpersonal and administrative skills, with a collaborative approach

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.

5. Familiarity with church membership software is beneficial.

6. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.7.Experience in website management is a plus.

**OTHER DETAILS**:
1. Position available as Full Time or Part Time.

2. Flexible schedule including office hours, Sunday and occasional Saturday services/events, evening activities, and travel for camps.

3. Compensation based on experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Expected hours: 25 - 50 per week
