You will lead the retail learning strategy and deliver clienteling, performance coaching, product and retail excellence programs for the region, playing a pivotal role in achieving our dream. The region comprises 10 diverse markers across South-East Asia (including major markets such as Singapore & Thailand), Australia/New Zealand and India.

Your key responsibilities are:

- Create shared vision of retail learning across the region, by aligning programs at the regional and country levels, and having a view of how they all come together to deliver business objectives
- Be a partner to Global Retail Academy - in positioning region’s needs, contextualizing global projects, and implementing them across the region through our learning community (Learning Managers & Field Coach Trainers)
- Align and excite learning community regarding global and regional initiatives
- Build the concept of ‘Louis Campus’ and deliver programs with excellence & creativity that Louis Vuitton is known for
- Closely partner diverse stakeholders: Country-level stakeholder to ensure buy-in and fit with business, Region-level stakeholders to ensure programs embody 360 degree business perspectives from functions such as Client Development, Merchandising, Human Resources etc, and Global-level stakeholders to ensure global alignment

PROFIL

You would have a successful track record in managing large retail learning programs across the region for a service-related industry such as luxury retail or hospitality. You should have big picture perspective to form a regional strategy, while having strong tactical experience in project management, understanding business needs and occasionally contextualizing content. Ability to align stakeholders and understand business needs is in your blood, with proven abilities in managing/balancing global and regional needs.
