Job Responsibilities/Requirements:
Reporting to the Head of Learning & Talent Development function, the key roles of the Manager, Learning & Talent Development are:

- Develop and execute learning and talent development strategies, build a continuous learning culture and contribute to organisational effectiveness and change
- Plan and execute talent review, succession planning and other learning and talent development processes based on business needs
- Work with both internal stakeholders and external partners in the development and delivery of the leadership and talent development initiatives
- Oversee organisational development initiatives such as employee engagement programmes, communication platforms and events
- Participate in HR-led events, initiatives and any other corporate projects and duties as assigned by management

**Job Requirements**
- At least 5 years’ experience in Learning and Talent Development or related areas
- People-oriented, able to work independently and collaboratively within teams
- Resourceful, adaptable and able to integrate relevant information to develop solutions and solve issues
- Strong analytical thinking and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and drive projects to completion
