- **DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** |** **About the role**

This role will report to the Country Manager of BridgingMinds Network Pte Ltd.

**As the Marketing Specialist, you will**:

- Social Media Management Manage Linkedin, Instagram & Facebook account with active posting and sharing of contents & eDMs to create awareness.
- Website Management Manage and maintain the corporate website to ensure all latest information being updated and published.
- Digital Marketing Work with agency to maximize SEO performance.
- Event Planning Organise and promote events such as classroom fun activities and trade shows to increase brand awareness and engage with customers and prospects.
- Budget Management Develop and manage marketing budgets, allocating resources effectives and track expenses to ensure activities are executed within budget constraints.
- Ad-hoc Operational Support Class Management, Attendance Tracking, Evaluation Report Management, SSG Briefing, any other ad-hoc admin/operational tasks.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE** |** **About you**

**The ideal Marketing Specialist**:

- Tertiary Education in Business / Marketing
- 1-2 years experience in marketing roles
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience in poster design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
- Preferably have working experience in ICT training industry
- Preferably have experience & knowledge in SEO & digital marketing
- Interpersonal, Independence, Team Player, Fast Leaner and Pro-active
