**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Manages regional E2E CRM activities, including creating local content strategy across different channels, apps and devices to build strong direct connections with our consumers. The CRM Specialist works closely with other members of the marketing team and Digital Hub team to leads consumer acquisition and retention efforts across all touchpoints to ensure the ability to monitor and optimize against Relationship Marketing and Engagement KPIs.

- and long-term CRM/content plan based on company goals and guidelines from Global marketing.
- Closely cooperating with global CRM functions and regional content effectiveness function
- Providing the strategic and operational support to the Proposition Managers to enable the marketing team to effectively communicate marketing messages to target audiences. Working closely in the team loop with Marketing, Digital, Brand, Media.
- Interact regularly with marketing and brand team to understand and strategize the execution and process flow of brand or category communication.
- Analyze creative impact on campaign goals and performance to enable data-driven decisions and close the loop with key business and marketing stakeholders on overall content effectiveness
- Effective using of consumer database to cross sell, upsell, build consumer relations
- Building and executing contact strategy
- Managing the execution of CRM campaigns and associated campaign reporting
- Adapting existing or create dashboards as required to provide visibility into marketing campaign performance including analysis of content effectiveness.
**Experience / Qualification**:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with background in marketing, content development & localization, database management, project management
- Fluency in Korea is a must as the role would require this person to cover Korea market extensively and to communicate frequently with Korean agency partners.
- Fluency in English
- Strong experience in Digital Campaign Management, Performance Marketing, Content Marketing and CRM
- Intimate knowledge of Kakaotalk, Facebook/Instagram, Naver, YouTube, TikTok, Coupang, 11st and more
- Practical knowledge of CRM tools, tools like SFMC, Omniture, Google Analytics
- Proven experience in working with large businesses in international environment and channel and creative management.
- Able to work autonomously as well as having strong interpersonal skills with ability to work well in a team.
- Able to challenge and bring fresh ideas to the table, whilst being passionate about online.
- Experience in handling multiple stakeholders across matrixed organizations
