The **Sr/ Quality Engineer **is responsible for providing support to manufacturing operations to achieve production and quality requirements including resolving quality issues related to incoming materials, in-process materials and finished products.

This position is part of the Quality Assurance and Regulatory Group and will be located in our Singapore Tuas Manufacturing Site, reporting to the Quality Manager.

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Provide support to manufacturing operations to achieve production and quality requirements including resolving quality issues related to incoming materials, in-process materials and finished products.
- Owner of Material Review Board to review non-conforming products with the manufacturing operation.
- Liaise with suppliers to resolve incoming materials quality issues and drive for corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare and generate CoA/ CoC for product delivery, authority to release products for shipment.
- Report Quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in order to adhere to process and prevent the occurrence of any non-conformity relating to product, process and quality management system.
- Monitoring of incoming materials, in-process products and final finished products quality data and trends.
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and action plans effectively.
- Assist in the implementation and certification of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS)
- Maintain documentation system for Quality Manual, SOPs, WIs and records.
- Perform regular internal quality system audits and maintain audit records.
- Assist with Regulatory Compliance - PEC, ROHS, etc
- Provide quality support to R&D and Project Team on product and process validation activities (IQ, OQ, PQ)

**The essential requirements of the job include**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with min 6 years experience in a Quality Engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
- 2 + years knowledge of SPC with validating control charts and interpreting results and making recommendations to improve; experience with Customer and Manufacturing quality.
- Proficient in statistical tools (such as SPC, MSA, Pareto, ANOVA etc.) and quality tools (such as FMEA, Cause and Effect Diagram, 8D etc.).
- Ability to source information from multiple channels and verify the validity of the information received.
- Able to coordinate and lead activities with multi-functional personnel (both local and different regions) to achieve the desired outcomes.

**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:

- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and certified QMS auditor will be an advantage
- Knowledge and experience in the Semiconductor or Microelectronics industry
