Our client, a leading financial services company is looking to hire a smart and experienced Business Analyst having experience in portfolio management, performance & attribution, risk modelling, pre/post trade compliance and liquidity management. **Responsibilities**: - Work closely with the Architecture team to ensure solutions are optimal. - Support functional and integration testing and UATs. - Conduct impact assessment to identify the "as-is" processes, systems, and the "future" processes, systems, and structures. - Perform data analysis to cleanse & standardize data and to ensure data consistency and quality - Supports Change Management activities - Provide project support to the impacted teams during implementation phases, including answering queries, trouble shooting, liaison with service provider, providing regular reporting. Contributes to project management processes, including status reporting, risk, issue, change, compliance management **Requirements**: - Degree level or higher Business Analyst Certified 3-5 years Financial Services BA experience - Have strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively and proactively with external and internal stakeholders. - Experienced in working on transformational projects and handling multiple Asian markets - Experienced in using business analyst methods such as flow charting, requirements capturing, stakeholder analysis, use cases, brainstorming, solution prototyping, and traceability. - Working knowledge in portfolio management, performance & attribution, risk modelling, pre/post trade compliance, liquidity management, trade execution and other buy side trade life cycle and monitoring processes. - Working experience in major asset classes and associated analytics. Strong foundation in buy side enterprise data model including portfolio structure, security reference data, market data, pricing, transactions & position, finance and product data.
