**Role Overview**

As a **Business Management Trainee**, you'll embark on a hands-on, accelerated learning journey in **direct sales, team leadership, and business management.** This role is designed to **prepare you for a future leadership position in sales and business management**, where you’ll master the art of customer acquisition, sales strategies, and team dynamics in an energetic, target-driven environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Sales Execution**: Engage in direct sales activities to build customer relationships, present product value, and achieve personal and team sales targets.
- **Customer Relations**: Provide tailored product and service presentations to clients, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term customer loyalty.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other team members to share best practices, refine sales strategies, and contribute to team growth.
- **Skill Development**: Participate in one-on-one mentorship and structured training sessions focused on sales techniques, communication skills, and leadership development.
- **Progression**: Gain experience across different functions, leading to the development of skills in business management, recruitment, and training for future advancement.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field _(preferred but _**not essential**_)_.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $2,800.00 - $6,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
