Whether you are an experienced professional or a fresh graduate eager to learn, this is your opportunity to leverage your skills and contribute to building a socially responsible taxpaying community. **What you will be working on** As part of our team, you'll be involved in the following key areas: objectives - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to co-design and develop new compliance tools and initiatives, driving innovation in our field se cutting-edge analytics tools to explore opportunities and achieve organisational objectives - Prepare and analyse data, as well as develop and maintain analytics models, to address business needs and develop intervention measures for compliance and service enhancements - Develop interactive dashboards that support reporting and performance monitoring, providing business users with valuable insights and new perspectives - Promote the use of analytics tools and foster a "data first" mentality, empowering our team to make data-driven decisions , and adhering to the data government framework - Ensure data quality standards are met, implementing and tracking progress of data quality initiatives within the division - Collaborate with other divisions within IRAS to drive data-related initiatives - Review and operationalise data policies and procedures to comply with relevant guidelines and regulations and Continual Improvements objectives - Identify opportunities to leverage relevant technologies (e.g. Python, RPA, data analytics) and methodologies (e.g. behavioural insights & design) to streamline processes and enhance service delivery. - Participate in key activities and milestones of digital projects, leveraging your expertise to drive successful implementations **What we are looking for** - Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a logical and organised approach to handling and analysing information - Inquisitive mindset with the ability to question, probe, and analyse data effectively - Resourcefulness and the ability to work independently in a team environment.
