**Manager - IT Solutions - Contract Logistics - APAC**
This is a regional role for APAC that demands a strong understanding of Contract Logistics operations and associated IT systems, including WMS and TMS. The position also requires commercial acumen and the capability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders to deliver customer-centric solutions.
**Key Accountabilities**
- Representing IT in pre-sales support activities including bid qualification, IT costing, solutioning and customer presentations.
- Work with nominated IT SME’s (Subject matter experts across all IT disciplines) to assist in responding, designing, pricing and planning the implementation of IT solutions.
- Work with the other Regional COE Leads and IT SMEs to populate the ‘Solution Sets’ framework with high quality, up to date, Re-usable IT materials.
- Coordinate with various global and regional IT teams in solution development.
- Presentation of IT solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct and run requirement gathering and validation workshops.
- Development of implementation timelines and road maps.
- Assist in the identification of Innovative IT / Engineering / Technical solutions that bring DPW a competitive advantage in maintaining a leading position
**Qualifications, Skills and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field
- 8+ years in a multi-national enterprise, with demonstrated leadership experience and significant external customer dealings
- Detailed understanding of Contract Logistics 3PL outsourcing, and experience in logistics solution design and implementation (preferably customer-facing), WMS/TMS systems, and EDI standards.
- Knowledge of 3PL core solutions (WMS & TMS), database and integration technologies.
- Excellent project management, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English and an additional Asian language, with the ability to translate technical concepts.
- Familiarity with IT frameworks
