- International powerhouse bank requires an expert in BCM / BCP for their growing satellite office in Singapore making sure that Business Risks are within limits and that the regulatory bodies are maintained. Reporting directly to the APAC COO the position is responsible for a team covering multi facets of the group.
A professional in Business Continuity Management the role will be enhancing, developing and managing risk across the business. Utilizing data and design frameworks you will be strategizing with your team where risks need to be mitigated across the business ensuring that the BCM Program is best practice. Project Managing multiple different change initiatives a strong methodology ( eg PMP ) is required. Stakeholder management and implementing enhanced processes minimizing impacts to staff is necessary. The role requires 12+ years experience as a minimum with BCP qualifications and a natural inquisitive risk and controls background.
