**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Coordinate, organize and prepare construction documents and drawings
- Coordinates with subcontractors on matters of building construction and to ensure the architectural workmanship standards
- Assist PM and Site Manager to organize and deploy resource/material for project, attend site matters and complains related to project sites
- Prepare and submit shop drawings, materials and necessary documents to consultant for approval
- Prepare and attend RTO inspection, attend site meeting, monitor and supervise site Architecture works and liaise with consultants
- Ensure compliance with Architectural specifications, and achieve quality aspect
- Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation
- Working experience in the construction industry - HDB project would be an advantage
- Knowledge in Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction (PPVC)
- Knowledge in Singapore Building Codes and Regulations
- Familiar with local standard quality implementation, BCA CONQUAS and other Quality Mark Assessment
