**Job Description**:
**Job Summary**:
This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing, including content creation, social media management, and market research.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation**:
Assist in creating engaging content for our social media channels
Help with the production of marketing materials including loyalty rewards programme for customers

**Social Media Management**:
Support the management of our social media accounts (eg.Instagram,Tiktok).
Schedule and post content, monitor engagement, and respond to comments and messages.
Assist in promoting stores and activities to bring in more customers (eg. Promotions or discounts).

**Market Research**:
Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Analyze data to generate insights and support marketing strategies.

**Administrative Support**:
Provide general administrative support to the marketing team.
Maintain and update marketing databases and contact lists.

**Qualifications**:
Min. Diploma or currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
Able to commit for 6 months or longer.
