**Responsibilities**:

- Handle service request and fault incident for customers’ Enterprise IT Network/ Server Services.
- Preferably with hands on experience in any of the following areas:

- Conduct proof of concept tests on new firmware and hardware prior to upgrade/deployment.
- Establish TAC cases with principal vendor in complex problem till resolved.
- Familiar with operating systems such as Windows and UNIX systems.

**Requirements**:

- ITE/ Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Security or equivalent
- Preferably with Cisco, Alcatel, Network Security, F5,Microsoft, VMware, Hyper-V, HP, IBM, EMC and Netapp Certifications
- Experience with Enterprise Network, Server and Security Networking ICT environment
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Highly self-motivated with keen attention to detail.
- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Able to work after-office hour for scheduled maintenance tasks
- Perform 24 x 7 standby duties for maintenance accounts assigned.
