We are looking for a Senior / Security Executive to join our team
As a Senior / Security Executive, you are responsible for the following key areas:
Staff and Guest Security
Life Safety / Emergency Preparedness
Departmental Safety and Loss Control
Other Safety / Loss Cohtrol Activities
Training
Discipline
**Key Reponsibilities**:
Staff and Guest Security
Maintain high standards of security service to guest and employees
Enforce hotel rules and regulations
Life Safety / Emergency Preparedness
Be conversant with all emergency procedures
Handle emergency situations
Departmental Safety / Loss Activities
Departmental compliance with Shangri-La Safety / Health and Loss Control Standard
Maintain employee awareness
Other Safety / Loss Control Activities
Protection of Guest and Hotel assets
Training
Conducts orientation and induction of new employees on the security aspect
Prepaare annual training plan
Conducts technical job knowledge training
Analyse training needs
Discipline
Actively participate in activities, on-the-job trainings organised by Director of Security
**Key Requirements**:
Has prior experience in the field of Security, preferably for 2 years and above
Has a valid SO license
