Singapore Power Kids Gym Full time

OVERALL PURPOSE - Delivering technical and programming leadership to the centre’s recreational gymnastics program and to ensure quality assurance and excellent delivery. Do note that we are unable to hire anyone on an S pass or employment pass as we do not have quota. This position will be based at our Dairy Farm location.
- Support and contribute to the company’s mission statement - Empowering children through Active play
- To ensure that a commercially successful recreational centre is run.
- To ensure that monthly and annual participation and service delivery KPIS are met.
- To ensure course registers are up to date and course payments are received.
- To respond to class enquiries in a timely manner.
- To support the development of the recreational Gymnastics program.
- To instruct and motivate pupils following best practices in Gymnastics.
- Motivate and assist gymnasts to develop new skills.
- Know how to reduce the risk of injury to gymnasts.
- To plan and prepare progressive lesson plans for all classes (in writing)
- To ensure junior trainers are aware of their duties and have been provided with lesson plans within an appropriate time frame.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the various stakeholders
- To remain fully informed of the latest developments in gymnastics.
- To ensure the Health / Safety / Cleanliness policy of the centre is adhered to all times.
- Maintain high standards of personal presentation and ensure that the coaching team are all following the same procedures.
- To attend any training which is required as well as plan out training schedule for junior staff on new program introduction
- To work with the other trainers in the preparation, running and evaluation of each session.
- Acting as a mentor in the development of other coaches.
- To provide cover or suitable notice of cancellation of any sessions that cannot be attended.
- To handle recruitment as needed.
- Require someone educated to Degree Level in a Sports Coaching Qualification or with relevant Gymnastics qualification.
- To work with the Directors on the planning and growth strategies of the company.
- A FUN PERSONALITY IS A MUST
- Previous experience working with children.
- We do require someone who is comfortable using computer software programs like Word, Excel as well as Google Docs.

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,000.00 per month
