The Gymnastics Centre Manager oversees daily operations, ensuring compliance, managing the support staff, engaging stakeholders, and optimizing sales and marketing efforts. Essential skills include management, gymnastics expertise, customer service, IT proficiency, and communication.

Essential Requirements:

- Strong management and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and unwavering work ethic.
- Excellent customer service aptitude.
- Proficient in IT, particularly in spreadsheet management and development.
- Exceptional communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Diploma or Higher Nitec depending on years of work experience
- Able to work on weekends

Preferred Experience:

- Minimum of 3 years managing a tuition center or gymnastics center.
- Prior experience in gymnastics or dance is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

- Independently manage day-to-day operations efficiently.
- Develop and enforce policies & procedures for smooth functioning.
- Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage staff performance, recruitment, and training.
- Engage effectively with parents, students, partners, and vendors.
- Oversee website & social media platforms, ensuring updated content.
- Prepare compelling publicity materials and conduct market trend analysis.
- Manage student enrollment and sales processes diligently.
- Maintain productive relationships with partners, clients, and vendors.
- Conduct thorough on-boarding and off-boarding procedures for staff.
- Assist in the administration of claims and petty cash matters.
- Provide reports for senior management

**Salary**: $2,300.00 - $6,000.00 per month
