Influencer Marketing Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Research on current Social Media trends and build up connections with influencers/creators/bloggers on various social media platforms like Instagram,YouTube,TikTok.
- On boarding social influencers /creators/bloggers and develop engaging, creative, innovative content which enlighten audiences, promoting brand-focused messages as per content marketing planning.
- Line up and work closely with the various departments to create compelling content to be shared with the social media audience.
- Monitor, evaluate and report on the performance of digital and social media platforms post-mortem to achieve effective marketing goals (KPIs) and ROI that increase awareness and engagement where applicable.

**Requirements**:

- Good initiative and effective communication skills.
- Diploma/ Degree in Marketing /Mass Communication or relevant qualification.
- 3-5 years’ experience managing social media marketing.
- Hands-on experience in campaign and influencer marketing management, implementation, and optimization.
