**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage administrative functions (30%) in the Warehouse/ Logistics department, maintain accurate inventory records, and perform monthly stock take.
- Liaise with various departments to prepare and deliver equipment and parts to customers.
- Manage receiving and Issuing Parts & Accessories (70%). Ensure all items picked and issued to the warehouse for packing, SI Engineers for system integration, or Service Engineers are correct without discrepancies.
- Assist in optimizing space utilization and perform order processing tasks.
- Maintain proper documentation and perform ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors.
