Our client is a Japanese Treasury Company that also provides shared services. The role of an Executive (CSM Team/ Treasury) is responsible for servicing clients and partners by responding to inquiries regarding Treasury Management products and services matters. This position is Executive (CSM Team / Tresury) CSM stands for Cash Management Service Team. For this position, you will be reporting to Assistant Manager
The role of the Executive (CSM Team/ Treasury) is responsible for the oversight of daily transactional cash activity including distributing daily cash activity, ensuring deposits are posted to proper accounts, processing merchant accounts and ensuring check deposits are made in a timely and accurate manner.
【 What you will be doing 】
- Handles escalated customer service issues to a satisfactory conclusion. This may include resolution with various areas such as operations, product management/development, lenders and the customer.
- Initiate and administers corrective action procedures when appropriate.
- Ensure proper customer documentation complies with audit standards.
- Review and distribute daily cash and deposit reporting
- Process credit card payments
- Review and approve accounts receivable write-offs and refunds
- Review and make recommendations to revise current processes
- Accountable to identify risk issues associated with assigned portfolios and recommend appropriate risk management strategies to protect the best interests of the bank.
- Uses administrative databases and technology tools to track customer service results.
- Special projects or other duties as assigned
