Personal Assistant to CEO

EVYD Technology is a healthcare AI and Big Data company established with the aim to deliver data-driven solutions to address healthcare issues facing countries in Southeast Asia and beyond.
We are transforming healthcare through Data Intelligence. Our Big Data platform aggregates raw data that reside in disparate information systems and convert them into computable, structured and standardized data so that they could be further processed to derive deep insights and knowledge using natural language processing, machine learning and other AI technologies.
**IN BRIEF**:
Provide full administrative and secretarial support to CEO to ensure the smooth management of his day to day affairs and most effective use of his time. Handle sensitive and complex issues in a professional and objective manner. Take initiative as appropriate, especially in the CEO's absence.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Manage CEO's calendar and prioritise and reallocate appointments if required.
- Arrange internal and external meetings. Prepare and provide appropriate agendas, presentations, documents, and refreshments.
- Process CEO's correspondence, maintain CEO's office systems including data management and filing, and maintain records of CEO's contacts.
- Serve as the point of contact for CEO, management, employees, clients and other external partners.
- Handle expense claims, travel arrangements and errands for the CEO & Board when required.
- Perform personal errands for CEO or other duties as assigned as required.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Excellent oral and written communication, with attentive listening abilities.
- Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party to confidential information.
- Tactful and respectful.
- Willingness to carry out administration duties.
- Education background in Business administration, Management or other relevant field.
- Very strong organizational, planning and problem solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to multi-task and keep track of several projects in parallel.
- Good computer skills and IT literacy, include: Word, PowerPoint, Excel & Outlook.
- Exceptional customer service skills and highly detail-oriented.
- Ability to speak in Mandarin is an added advantage.
