**_Purpose of the position
- **
- Be responsible for overseeing all production activities for powder & liquid and to ensure continuous and efficient production at a desired level of quantity, quality and cost.
- Establish schedules and ensures effective and efficient use of manpower, materials and equipment.
- Manage and train a team of production operators.
- According to the evironmental, health and safety standards, compliance to all the site safety regulation, process and working guidance to protect personal safety and colleagues.

**_Main duties and responsibilities
- **
- Responsible for implementation of corporate standards in security, safety and industrial hygiene programs for production areas.
- Responsible for the implementation of and compliance with quality standards, cross contamination guidelines, operational procedures and for the quality of products and services in the areas under his control.
- Responsible for achieving production targets through daily coordination with different production and support teams - weekly production scheduling.
- Responsible for production planning in raw materials and packaging materials.
- Responsible for daily update in production output tracking efficiency report.
- Proficient in D365 for production order, BOM related matters, stock inventory status and movement.
- Ensures that all production operations are performed in the proper sequence and under reasonable timetables.
- Participate and actively involved in QC reworking plan.
- Manage manpower and OT to fulfill production requirements.
- Participate and plan manpower for quarterly stock take, 4 times a year.
- Responsible for tracking of production waste management and material disposal.
- Responsible for managing and issuing PPE to operators.
- Assist superior on performing production related duty to achieve the objective (eg. production expansion project, quality & productivity improvement project, etc).
- Ensures that the different Human Resources Policies (Vacation, Absenteeism, and Disciplinary Actions) are followed by all operators.
- Member of Emergency Response Team.

**Primary EHS responsibilities:
- Provide safe work environment and ensure safe practices are established and followed.
- Continuously improve safety of operations by continuously identifying and eliminating hazards and reducing risks.
- Participate in hazard identification, risk assessments and determination of controls.
- Ensure the implementation of safety work processes at all work areas.
- Supervise operators for effective implementation of the EHS programs into the work process according to the guidelines provided by the Management.
- Ensure employees receive appropriate training for their safety, the protection of their health and the respect of the environment. Highlight any training needs to the manager for improving the EHS competency at work.
- Inspect work place on routine basis for potential hazards and take appropriate actions to eliminate them.

**_Skills and competencies required _**
- Experience in production planning in powder/liquid plant.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Knowledge and experience in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and analytic skills.
