The Product Onboarding Manager is a managerial warehouse-based role in inbound operations, who will help oversee the product onboarding (receiving) team and focus on employee performance, inbound inventory for rental and resale, and execution of department protocols. The manager will coordinate cross functionally to ensure all items for inbound move through the pipeline accurately and launched in a timely manner.

**GENERAL**
- Reporting directly to the Head of Department, leading a team of 10+ Product Onboarding Assistants on the warehouse floor, PO Analyst and Photo Editor.
- Responsible for the end-to-end Product onboarding of the whole team starting from items arrived at the warehouse, product QC and authentication, inputting information into our system, photo taking & editing until finally items are launched on time on a daily basis.
- Management of unit backlog, weekly reporting and SLAs.
- Assist with new hire training and onboarding processes.
- Work closely with the stakeholders (merchandising, operations, rental, resale, HR) to ensure all new standard operating procedures are executed properly.
- Responsible for ensuring all inbound inventory completes the product receiving process.
- Point of contact for other stakeholders including; customer returns, product discrepancies, authentication and merchandising.
- Will help manage time and attendance for HR team’s payroll.
- Assist operations supervisors and bags/apparel merchandisers with outstanding product issues.
- Enforce and maintain positive team culture to boost morale and productivity.

**BAGS/LEATHER GOODS**
- Ensure SLAs for onboarding consignment items are met: 3 days (Valuation), 2 days (Launch).
- Assist in authenticating bags and other categories not supported by Entrupy.
- Provide training on brands and models to enrich team’s product knowledge.
- Weekly checks on team’s QC and photography.
- Making sure all entrupy requests are done as needed - when item is sold, warehouse sales, authenticity doubt, etc.
- Offboarding requests must all be done on a daily basis.

**APPAREL**
- Ensure SLAs for onboarding consignment items are met: 3 days (Valuation), 4 days (Launch)
- Create monthly launch plan, with at least 50 styles in rental per week
- Coordinate with merchandising team for incoming asset light and consignment items
- Oversee launches all outright (madthread) items to rental and resale by Q1
- Manage launches of retirements for resale or offboarding
- Offboarding requests must all be done on a daily basis

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 5+ years of managerial experience in a warehouse-based role.
- Having a degree in supply chain management and passion for Fashion will be beneficial.
- Advanced knowledge of inbound processes.
- Problem solver, critical thinker and able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to create tools and dashboard to support data analysis and automation of processes using MS. Office, Airtable, Metabase and Tableau.
