**MEP Senior Quantity Surveyor Manager /Contracts Manager - Mechanical/Electrical**

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Diploma Or Recognized Degree by **PE Board** in Quantity Surveying, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent
- **With a **Min 5-10 years** of relevant **Singapore QS work experience** in Mechanical /Electrical with Building Construction industry or its related field
- Proficient Good Spoken/ Written English & Communicator.
- Well-versed hands-on Experience with MS Office
- Able to read Mechanical / Electrical drawings.
- Knowledge & experience in M&E system requirements.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Able to work independently with min supervision.
- Quick learner and willing to explore new skill sets/technologies.
- Involve from pre-contract stage to post-contract stage
- Strong aptitude for numbers, spreadsheets, and financial reports

**Responsibilities**:

- To keep track of all tender documents, drawings, and revised documents based on the document control process.
- To verify the tender drawing/detail and prepare the tender inquiry.
- To assist the manager in calling for quotations, selecting qualified subcontractors/vendors, and distributing the relevant tender documents.
- Perform quantity take-off for tender projects based on the set timeline.
- Assist with tender evaluation and prepare tender documents for submission.
- Ensure all supporting documents are properly recorded, filed, and compiled for verification purposes.

**Tender: (Main Scope)**
- To manage and prepare all the cost estimates for tender projects.
- Involves in value engineering and determining the price of the service.

**Project: (Supporting Role)**
- To provide support in projects to check and ensure timely upstream claims to clients are maximized to the company interest including variation order.
- To report any major contractual status that arises after discussion with project sites.
- Update any changes in the project budget.
- To ensure accurate and timely payment responses are certified to the subcontractor’s monthly claim.
