- Other- Build a robust risk management framework and structure in support of AIC’s strategic risk management approach to enterprise wide risks
- Lead Governance, Risk and Legal Department’s effort in strengthening the ERM capabilities in AIC:

- Identify and manage AIC’s top tier risks
- Provide support to divisions in establishing division risk profiles
- Provide support to divisions in providing guidance to implementation of risk management processes
- Provide risk advisory to divisions on risk management processes and requirements
- Oversee Ops Centre and whistleblow channel
- Lead Governance, Risk and Legal Department’s effort in strengthening the audit capabilities in AIC:

- Review and provide guidance for internal audit management response
- Review and update policies and processes and share feedback to ensure greater overall compliance to AIC policies
- Promote risk awareness and risk culture by providing training to divisions to develop an understanding of risk management
- Lead Governance, Risk and Legal Department’s effort in developing Business Continuity Plans in AIC
- Secretariat for Audit and Risk Committee
- Monitor and report risk information/indicators to the board and senior management on a quarterly basis

- A Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Minimum 12 years of working experience, with at least 4 years in managerial or supervisory experience
- Experience in risk management or internal audit
- Meticulous with good critical thinking and problem solving ability
- Effective interpersonal and engagement skills
- Self-motivated and dynamic team player
- Public sector experience in health or social care will be an advantage
