Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of two customized chatbots
- Assist in integrating the chatbots into NIE’s courses
- Serve as the contact person for project-related data collection
- Conduct basic data collection and analysis
- Contribute to the writing of reports, documentation and potential publications
- Manage project-related financial and administrative tasks
- Help organise and coordinate sharing sessions, seminars or workshops to promote cross-institutional learning around chatbot use in education

Requirements
- Interest in educational technology, GenAI and higher education teaching and learning
- A University degree in education, social sciences, humanities or a related field
- Prior research-related work experiences
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Organised, detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple tasks
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new digital tools; familiarity with chatbot platforms, customization processes, and data analysis tools is a plus
- Experience with event coordination or academic administration is advantageous
