**Job Description**:

- Develop a financial plan and strategy for the company with CEO and the top management team.
- Set-up a robust financial system for the company and oversee them.
- Prepare financial model for projects undertaken by company.
- Work closely with procurement team to meet cost reduction target and negotiate with suppliers on payment terms.
- Prepare timely and detailed report on Financial Performance on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Develop and drive the corporate fundraising strategy and manage relationship with partners and Investors.
- Supervise audits and ensure adherence to financial and taxation laws.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Finance, Economics, MBA or relevant field. CPA or other relevant qualification is a plus.
- More than 3 years of experience in growing a start-up or experience with top consulting firm or investment bank.
- Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Self-starter with the ability handle uncertainty in business.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to travel as needed for sales, operations, and fundraising.
