What you’ll achieve

Key Responsibilities
- Leads the engineering architecture and solutions of collaboration products such as webcams, Unified Communication headsets, speakerphones, and earbuds
- Manages incubation of ingredients for areas of differentiation and identify the commercial values of innovations
- Presents and solicit support from business leaders on incubation and area of differentiation
- Manages the levels of incubation readiness and timeline of integration to future products
- Identifies technology and solution complexities, risks, and formulates contingency plans
- Manages the department budget and engineering resources to support incubation and prototyping of new solutions and product ideas
- Manages documentation of innovation and architecture reference document

**Requirements**:

- Possess Degree in Engineering or Computer Science with 8 years working experience in engineering product development
- Experience in multi-disciplinary engineering team in an R&D and product development environment
- Knowledge in PC architecture, key electrical interfaces, and device/system dependencies
- Understand advanced image processing and microprocessors capabilities
- Understand acoustics and noise cancellation technologies for audio peripherals
- Understand wireless technology, interference performance enhancement, and wireless security
- Familiar with digital imaging, audio industries and acquisition of new technologies and solutions for future collaboration products
- Familiar with software development and testing
- Understand the importance of end-to-end ecosystem testing, interoperability, and compatibility
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to work with cross functional teams and presentation of value proposition to business leaders
