We are currently recruiting for experienced Senior Engineer - Electrical to join our Building Services team in Singapore.

**Senior Engineer - Electrical (Building Services)**

**About You**

We’re looking for someone who loves to learn and share knowledge - someone who can bring a fresh perspective to ensure the development of the people around them and who constantly seeks better practice for the overall quality of our work and our client experience.

Your passion, design and problem-solving mindset will be matched with a desire to work on meaningful and significant projects with the team.
- Leading electrical services design for building projects
- Assume responsibility and undertake engineering tasks of increasing scope and complexity
- Responsible for analysis of information, production of design, tenders, proposals and mechnical report writing
- Assist in coordination of quality assurance and commissioning of designs with other disciplines and other design consultants
- In charge of jobs control, planning, monitoring, progress and job cost reporting
- Communicate effectively with the client, sub-consultants, contractors, and other parties relevant to the job
- Assist in assessment and review of designs prepared by others on behalf of the clients
- Liaise with authorities on plans submission and compliance

**Job Requirements**
- Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with 4 years in a consultancy environment
- Experience in leading roles for design & design management of health, commercial, institutional and/or hotel projects
- Familiarity with codes of practice, relevant regulations and a working knowledge of authority submission and approval procedures
- Competent user of relevant engineering software
- Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English
- Able to work independently & exercise initiative
- Excellent delegation and communication skills, which see you enlist the help of others to meet objectives
