Governance and Support focuses on building cross departmental relationships within the organization as well as collaborate with external cross border entities to establish overseas co-operations. Leveraged Products offers a multitude of financial products catering to our clients trading needs (CFD equities, FX, Index, Futures, Crypto, Bonds, and Structured Products). Our clients range from retail investors to proprietary trading firms to institutional B2B clients.

**Responsibilities**:
The incumbent will be responsible for:
1) Driving business integration and continuity.

2) Aggregate support function that keeps the business running smoothly as a single unit.

3) Exposed to multiple facets of the business for all rounded support to specialized business units i.e. Dealing, Sales, Support, Operations.

4) Responsible for opening and maintaining channels within the organization for cross border / cross departmental work.

5) Multitask and liaise between multiple projects adhering to deadlines in a well-organized and detailed fashion.

6) Strong presentation skills to educate and manage new product information to key partners.

7) Passionate about financial markets and systems to drive development of existing product to new market segments in an evolving financial landscape.

**Job Requirements**

To thrive and be successful in this role, you must have / be:

- Driven, Innovative, Fun.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience for Senior Associate role.
- BA/BS strongly preferred from a reputable institution with demonstrable interest in capital markets and trading products.
- Fluency in Mandarin (Written and Spoken) would be an advantage as the incumbent would be liaising with mainland Chinese clients and stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- Background in Onboarding/KYC/AML is a bonus but not required.
