Athena Partners helps emerging consumer brands enter the Singapore market. In Singapore, we work with all the leading online marketplaces like Amazon, Lazada, and Shopee. Our office and warehouse are in NORDCOM II which has a terrace garden, basketball court, and a swimming pool. We are a close-knit team with a very healthy and positive work environment.

We are currently looking for a Sales Executive to grow the offline sales. This position is central to identifying new business opportunities in the offline retail market. Through identifying new markets and maintaining current accounts, the Sales Executive is responsible for growing the company’s revenue streams.

**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Actively identify and manage small and large format retail partners who will stock and sell Athena's portfolio of products
- Nurture and develop relationships with key partner accounts. Negotiate terms of cooperation to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
- Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure product availability in retail stores
- Engage with the retail partners and solicit feedback on a regular basis
- Meet and/or exceed allocated monthly sales quota on an ongoing basis

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Polytechnic Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any business discipline
- Have existing relationships and understanding of partnership structures with retail stores
- Good sales record in generating and converting business leads
- Excellent spoken and written English. Strong command of a second local language will be an advantage

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- Fixed monthly salary of SGD 1500 - SGD 2000 per month
- Monthly local conveyance allowance
- Quota linked incentive as per the industry norms

**Working hours**:

- Mondays - Fridays: 10am - 6pm
- Flexible and part-time options are available
