**Retail Sales Associate Job Responsibilities**:
- Serves customers by helping them select products.
- Drives sales through engagement of customers, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
- Greets and receives customers in a welcoming manner.
- Responds to customers’ questions.
- Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters.
- Provides outstanding customer service.
- Documents sales by creating or updating customer profile records.
- Manages financial transactions.
- Processes payments by totaling purchases, processing checks, cash, and store or other credit and debit cards.
- Alerts management of potential security issues.
- Assists with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
- Receive merchandise for servicing.
- Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest.
- Clean assigned areas of the store; ensure merchandise is properly displayed
- Manage customer service on warranty. Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager.
**Education and Experience Requirements**:
- Entry level experience welcome
- Training will be provided
- The ability to use a cash register
- Strong level of professionalism at work
- Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
- Basic math skills
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility to work various shifts

**Working Hours + Salary**
- Full-time, Permanent
- 5 days a week: Weekday/Weekend
- 11am - 9pm
- Salary: $2,500 - $2800 per month + Commission
