**Job Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop a full understanding of the search and the research needs of clients, developing confidence and trust of colleagues and clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights to the team
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- Detail-oriented, proactive, self-driven and with good learning agility
- Able to work under pressure, meet tight deadline and cope with fast-paced environment
- Self-motivation and excellent time management skills.
- Quality focused and ability to drive continuous improvement.
- Client-service orientation
- Highly collaborative and team-oriented
- Strong English verbal and written communication skills
