Technical Drafter

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Able to produce designs based on concept given by the Project Architect.
- Able to interpret conceptual drawings into detail drawings.
- Able to do construction drawings as per design directives.
- Able to conduct site inspection and design briefing.
- Able to liaise with consultants and suppliers.
- Reviews and understands all plans and specifications of projects.
- Ensures all additional costings are captured for all projects.
- Performs any other work as assigned by the superior.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Preferably Diploma/Bachelor in Architecture, Interior Design or Engineering.
- Preferably 3-4 years relevant experience.
- Familiar with AutoCAD, Photoshop or Illustrator, M.Suite (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project) SketchUp Tender and construction documentation skills are essential
- The position requires a diploma in interior architecture and at least 5 years of working experience especially in commercial and hospitality projects.
- Necessary skills includes expert knowledge in interior and architecture detailing and extensive knowledge of 3D software, eg V-Ray, 3D Max/3D viz.
- Performance orientated team player with consistent enthusiasm and commitment to deliver result.
- Minimum 3-5 experience in corporate & hospitality interior design/construction industry and with excellent presentation skills.
- Proven design creative, strong design documentation and knowledge in design economic, material and finishes Able to handle project independently.

**Salary**: $487.00 - $682.00 per month
