**About the team**

The SME & Growth Business team at Airwallex is a passionate group of collaborators and business champions dedicated to empowering small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to thrive in the global economy. We combine deep financial expertise with a growth mindset, working closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and develop tailored solutions that streamline cross-border payments and unlock new revenue streams. As a team, we are driven by a desire to make a positive impact and are constantly innovating to find new ways to support the success of our SME customers.

**What you’ll do**

As an Inbound Sales Development Representative (Thai-speaking) at Airwallex, you will drive Airwallex’s future growth engine by working with the Marketing and Channel Partnerships teams to qualify leads that will build Airwallex’s sales pipeline. You will be responsible for end-to-end management of small and medium enterprise (SME) leads in Thailand, ranging from qualifying, pitching, onboarding and activating new clients across Thailand. As a key member of the Growth team, you will also share valuable insights that will help create an even better experience for future clients. The knowledge of the Thai language is essential to be able to interact with Thailand based prospects and existing clients.

**Responsibilities**:
**Advocate for Airwallex**: Create a strong first impression to our prospects by providing them with an end-to-end world-class experience and product expertise.**Identify Opportunities**:Utilize data and speak with prospects to qualify and understand how our use cases can address their business needs and pain points.**Educate and Activate**:Teach customers how to leverage the full range of Airwallex products, and ensure adoption of our products.**Champion Customer Needs**: Act as the voice of the customer within Airwallex, ensuring their needs and feedback are heard and addressed.

**Minimum qualifications**:
**Local Market Knowledge (Thailand)**:Proficient in Thai, both written and verbal to interact with Thailand based clients. Ideally, you have spent considerable time in Thailand and are familiar with the local business landscape.**Strong Hustle**:You love sales, and are driven and resilient to achieve KPIs.**Customer Engagement**:Confident in directly engaging with customers to understand their needs and promote Airwallex solutions.-
**Problem-Solving Abilities**:Equipped with strong problem-solving skills, able to address and resolve customer issues effectively.**Collaborative**:Great team player who enjoys tackling the most difficult challenges with your colleagues**Tech-Savviness**:Comfortable with using new software/tools to drive client activation and increase wallet share.**Industry Experience**:Experience in start-up and fintech environments preferred. Less than 5 years experience, and eager to have a strong career in sales.
