**Key Responsibilities**

Strategic Business Development (40%)
- Undertake and complete the full project lifecycle assigned, write reports and presentations to communicate project results.
- Evaluate potential fit of prospects by conducting market research with available tools and resources to identify potential opportunities, industry trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Conduct research to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Sales Support Operations (40%)
- Work closely with the sales team to generate leads, participate in client meetings, and contribute to the development of client relationships.
- Understand and interpret client business and technical requirements in order to translate product benefit across all types of clients and partners.
- Support the sales team in calling and qualifying leads to convert inbound enquiries via various channels.
- Prepare quotations, invoices and communicate timelines and requirements.
- Ensure that client follow-ups are in place and completed in a timely manner.

Human Resource Operations (10%)
- Support the HR operations processes; from recruitment (i.e. posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews), on-boarding, engagement, development to offboarding manpower forecasting.

Marketing Support (10%)
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content and materials to generate new leads.

**Requirements**:

- Undergraduate / graduate in Business, Economics, Social Sciences, Communication, or related fields.
- Able to commit for about 6 months (Students on credit-bearing internship / LOA / work-study programme)
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and online collaboration tools.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment.
- Highly meticulous in handling tedious paperwork

**Working hours**
- Monday to Friday (10:00 - 19:00)

**Salary**
- SGD 1,600 per month*
- Terms and conditions apply.

**Location**
- 5 minute walk from Jurong East MRT.
