**Role Overview**:
This is a **work-from-office **role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative start-up environment. You’ll work alongside a passionate, innovative team that values adaptability, proactive problem-solving, and hands-on contributions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct personalised one-on-one consultations with clients, addressing skincare concerns and recommending tailored solutions.
- Plan out each client’s skincare and makeup journey
- Handle customer objections and convert opportunities to an extended journey with client
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support program launches and promotional events.
- Stay current with industry trends, product innovations, and advancements in dermatology.
- Create skincare database in BeFound’s skincare library

**Qualifications**:

- Deep interest in skincare products, ingredients
- Fast learner medical terms and dermatological treatment
- A degree in Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy, Nursing or a related field is highly preferred.
- Passion for skincare with a curiosity about product ingredients and formulation.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience in teaching, training, or public speaking is an advantage.
- Relevant experience in the education space (early childhood ) is highly desirable.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong passion for skincare, with curiosity about product ingredients, formulation, and dermatological treatments.
- A degree in Cosmetic Science, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Experience in teaching, training, or public speaking is an advantage, with prior experience in the education space (e.g., early childhood) being highly desirable.
- Fast learner with the ability to grasp medical terms and dermatological concepts quickly.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of simplifying complex ideas for diverse audiences.
