Key Responsibilities:

- Develop marketing calendar with strategies and digital best practices for Cedele’s e-commerce platform and other digital promotions and sales revenue of the company.
- Work with product management, sales, graphics, and other relevant departments to provide updated content to be shared across all business units where applicable.
- Plan online marketing campaigns for website, social media, blogposts, EDM, etc. while monitoring and analysing data vigorously to improve SEO and online channel performances
- Build rapport with vendors and third-party agencies or influencers to ensure high quality and excellence in execution across all marketing activities.
- Identify business opportunities, and analyse sales reports and new market trends for improvement.
- Build contents with third-party online marketplace and platforms like Shopee, NTUC Online, RedMart, etc. where applicable to the company.
- Evaluate end-to-end customer experience across all digital platforms including CRM management and improving customer touch points.
- Generate creative concept of internal and external communications materials, and strategies based upon data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Having the ability to multi-task, prioritise and successfully meet several deadlines at once while maintaining attention to detail.

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
