Singapore Cirrus Logic Full time

You will be responsible for ramping ultra low power and mixed signal products to very high volume on compressed schedules to meet customer requirements. You will work in a dynamic and creative environment and quickly become a valued teammate, helping deliver innovative audio solutions to the world’s leading consumer electronics companies. You will dive right into the core of the business and play a key role in bringing to high volume wafer manufacturing the next generation of advanced mixed signal audio and power management products.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for foundry production performance of the latest audio and power management products including continuous yield enhancement activities; establishing statistical bin limits; disposition of maverick silicon; collaborate with internal and external to resolve customer related issues
- Collaborate with internal Cirrus technology and product development engineers and foundry partners to successfully ramp new products and technologies into high volume manufacturing.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or Physics and 10+ years of experience product yield enhancement or process integration.
- Solid knowledge in device physics and reliability (e.g. HCI, TDDB, SOA characterization, etc.)
- Understand key analog and mix-signal design and device requirements (e.g. mismatch, Rdson, etc.) and their product implication
- Excellent analytical skills and excellent cognitive abilities combined with a logical approach to problem-solving
- Strong data analysis skills and an ability to format, present and explain data to different audiences expertly and clearly
- Excellent written and oral communications skills; ability to lead numerous projects and deadlines and be an effective work effectively as part of a team
- Demonstrate initiative and handle constantly evolving priorities and multiple demands
- Available for up to 10% travel overseas

**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or Physics
- Demonstrated knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, procedures, facilities and equipment
- Experience working with external foundries (TSMC, Global Foundries)
