As an Integrated Designer, you will take the creative lead in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering a variety of visual output. With your experience, you are able to elevate early ideas to generate best-in-class, visually stunning, and entertaining content.

We’re looking for someone who is an avid follower of Korean entertainment, has a keen intuition of what drives Hallyu culture, and is full of fresh ideas on how to engage global fans. You should also be deeply familiar with the wider social media landscape (Youtube, Facebook, Giphy, TikTok, etc), active in these fields as both a creator and user, and be able to present a rich portfolio of past work comprising personal and/or branded creative content.

- Excited to lead and inspire a design team

**What you'll do**
- Create title treatments, motion stickers, graphics suites, 2D animations, delivering static and moving images/videos
- Provide creative direction and feedback on projects, constantly pushing to innovate and finding fresh ways to represent the brand
- Adapt assets to best fit the social channel, ensuring consistency in style and visual quality
- Manage and motivate the design team, nurture junior talent, proactively remove barriers to set the team up for success
- Manage project pipeline, ensuring adequate resources and turnaround time, reaching out to a network of freelancers for support when necessary
- Work closely with client and internal team to coordinate design needs and deliver on schedule and at high quality
- Continuously streamline workflow processes and improve efficiency, work through technical difficulties, and set up healthy creative practices
- Serve as a consultant for the client and team on all things related to design, staying up to date on social media trends

**What you need**
- At least 3 years of experience as a designer in a post-production house, creative agency, marketing team, or as part of a social media team
- Track record of excellent leadership and client management skills
- Passionate about design and finds satisfaction in creating beautiful, modern visuals to inspire and connect to our audience
- Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- A clear-headed and systematic approach to project management while retaining a level of flexibility to accommodate curveballs
- Strong communication skills in English, proficiency in Korean will be a bonus
