**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the Security Architecture Operations and work with managed service providers to ensure deliverables are met within Service Level Agreements.
- Identify and define architecture security requirements by evaluating Evident business strategies and requirements
- Review and define the Evident security architecture strategy, architecture, processes and controls in alignment with requirements identified
- Lead the definition of EVIDENT DevSecOps strategy, processes, technologies, and controls.
- Review proof of concept results and security architecture for any proposed or pipeline security solution along with managed service provider security architecture lead(s)
- Cybersecurity audit preparation and response
- Act as trusted automation and tooling advisor for DevSecOps initiatives by providing objective, practical and relevant ideas, insights, and advice.
- Partner with regional CIO to be key contact for security initiatives, understanding and supporting regional business requirements and represent the global security team in Information Security & Privacy and other business meetings ensuring any regional needs are addressed appropriately within the Global IT Security team
- Provide global coordination for resolution of regional IT security incidents or operational issues
- Facilitate understanding of local/regional laws and regulations that need to be followed.
- Collaborate with the other pillars of the Global Information Technology (IT) Security program, including Identity & Access Management (IAM), Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), Security Architecture, and Security Operations.

**Formal Qualification**
- Bachelor’s degree IT/IS/Business/Technology (or equivalent and related experience preferred).
- Should hold at least one of the major security certifications (ex: CISM, CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CCSK, Certified CISO, PMP, etc.) or commensurate experience

**Work Experience
- Minimun of 7 years of experience with: _
- DevSecOps Center technologies and processes
- Managing projects through the full system development lifecycle, leveraging Agile methodologies
- Developing, implementing, or architecting information systems
- Technical architecture experience integrating automation into processes and capabilities and early/continuous integration of security through the SDLC
- Demonstrable consulting skills with IT Security concepts and strategies, including communication, culture change and performance measurement system design.
- Proven ability to embrace and lead change effectively and cultivate an environment of security driven thinking, innovation, experimentation, rigor, and continuous improvement.
- Results oriented, high energy, inspirational and self-motivated leader.
- Led global teams in successful organizations
