**Hub Executive Assistant**:

As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing financial support on a department/project level, monitoring budget spend, raising and approving requisitions/invoices, etc. Reporting to Hub Asia Division Manager oversee all arranging business critical internal/external events, including for example travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodation, conferences, visiting speakers etc for the Hub/Region.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Performing complex administrative activities and takes responsibility for delivering specific hub processes/programs
- Researching, compiling, and verifying and analyzing information and issues special reports, presentations, organization charts, correspondence, etc
- Responsible for different communication tasks within the Hub Asia, ensuring knowledge and information is shared and keeping others up to date
- Implementing ABB processes and initiates continuous improvement of administrative processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
- Arranging business critical internal/external events, including for example travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodation, conferences, visiting speakers etc for the Hub/Region
- Providing financial support on a department/project level, monitoring budget spend, raising and approving requisitions/invoices, etc

**Your background**:

- Minimum of 10 years in similar executive level support role
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Able to make decisions in relation to workflow
- Very good written and verbal communications skills
- Able to prioritize and multitask, with excellent planning skills
- Proficient in MS Office packages
