Lico Resources, a specialist in Cybersecurity & Tech GRC recruitment, is partnering with a well-established organisation recognised for executing complex digital transformation projects. We are currently supporting their search for a Senior ZTNA Programme Lead to take charge of a critical Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) initiative. **Key Responsibilities**: - Lead the strategic design, implementation, and operations of the organisation’s ZTNA programme. - Drive Zero Trust adoption across the enterprise, aligning network security controls with business requirements. - Oversee ZTNA platform operations, ensuring performance, security, and compliance objectives are met. - Provide expert guidance on proxy services, network segmentation, and secure access configuration. - Monitor operational health, performance indicators, and risk posture related to ZTNA deployment. - Mentor team members and contribute to capability development within the security engineering function. **Qualifications**: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. - 6 to 10 years of cybersecurity experience, with a minimum of 3 to 4 years in ZTNA operations. - Deep hands-on experience with ZTNA tools and operational workflows. - Strong understanding of how proxy technologies and network segmentation support Zero Trust principles. - Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and platforms is a plus. - Proven ability to lead programmes and work collaboratively with diverse technical teams. - Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. - This is a key leadership role for professionals seeking to make a meaningful impact on enterprise security architecture and operations.
