**What You Will Do**:

- Lead engaging activities that support both learning and character development.
- Lead fun and meaningful activities to support learning and character.
- Manage classroom routines to keep a safe and positive environment.
- Communicate with parents on students’ progress and behaviour.
- Share updates with parents on students’ progress and behaviour.
- Collaborate with colleagues to foster a supportive team culture.
- Work with colleagues as part of a supportive team.

**What We Offer**:

- Salary**:_$2,100 - $2,850 _**(depending on qualifications & experience).
- Hours**:_Mon-Fri, 10:00am - 7:00pm _**(lunch included).
- _Shift schedule on certain days and during school holidays (within 7:00am - 7:00pm). _
- Convenient location: Fernvale (near LRT & Seletar Mall).

**What We Are Looking For**:

- Diploma holders, preferably with _experience in student care or after-school teaching _.
- Prior work in student care settings (classroom supervision, activity facilitation, etc.) will be an advantage.
- Strong classroom management skills and genuine interest in working with primary school children.
- Positive, team-oriented, and enthusiastic about creating meaningful learning experiences.
- Friendly, positive, and able to work well with a team.
