_Are you experienced in estimation, quantity surveying, or construction tendering? If you have a solid background in managing commercial activities and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you Join our team as a _**Commercial Executive**_ _and take charge of tendering, subcontractor management, and commercial negotiations within the construction or marine sector._

**Core Accountabilities / Responsibilities**:

- To build relationship with Clients and establish new contacts.
- To attend daily Commercial Meeting and Weekly Commercial Meeting.
- To do tendering included handle complaints and dispute by negotiating settlement agreement; Ensure all RFQ technical, regulatory, and commercial compliance.
- To update Inquiry Masterlist, Quotation Masterlist, Subcontractor Masterlist, QS Server Folder and ERP.
- To prepare handover of awarded tender.
- To update Weekly Integrated Meeting.
- To review and approve PO/WO raised by SCM.
- To source, select and review Subcontractor assisted by Operation team.
- To assist raise change order during construction stage.
- To assist Service Report requested by Operation team.
- To undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Commercial Manager.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Quantity surveying, Construction Management, Business, or equivalent.
- Certifications related to contract management, procurement, or project management (e.g., MRICS, PMP) are a plus.
- Preferred 2-4 years of relevant experience in a commercial/contracts/tendering role, ideally in construction, marine, or oil & gas industries.
- Experience handling RFQs, tenders, purchase orders, and subcontractor engagement processes.
- Familiarity with project handover procedures and cost tracking during construction.
- Strong understanding of tendering processes, contractual terms, and commercial negotiations.
- Experience preparing, reviewing, and submitting quotations, proposals, and contract documents.
- Familiarity with procurement practices, including sourcing and evaluating subcontractors
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to maintain professional relationships with clients and subcontractors.
- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills, especially when dealing with complaints and disputes..
- Detail-oriented and structured in approach to managing commercial data..
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and attend regular cross-functional meetings.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
