**Job Description**:

- Handling and liaising with various shipping agents for containers haulage
- Laise with various internal stakeholders such as operations, security, customer service and Sales dept on containers planning and execution
- Plan and manage the incoming containers efficiently
- Handle full set of shipping process for import and export including declaring of permits for customers when required
- Perform proper documentation and digitalized all records to ensure easy retrieval of information at all times.

**Job Pre-requisites**:

- Must possess the **custom competency declarant permit ID**:

- At least 2 years of experience in permit declarations
- Well versed in Tradenet
- Teamwork and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Independent and takes initiatives at work to rectify issues immediately
- Those whom are in Shipping Executive roles and looking for career advancement are also invited to apply
- Singaporeans are preferred (no quota available)
