- Supervise field service personnel in the safe and timely execution of their duties, on a day to day basis in t

he field.
- To attend VSCC meets and shipyard safety meeting.
- Inform progress on the day to day activities to Operations Manager.
- Ensure field (onboard) related service activities are carried out as per manufacturer recommendations.
- Record all measurement readings for preparation of service reports.
- Prepare and submit Repair Recommendation to Workshop Service Engineer and Operations Manager.
- Plan and put up overtime working requirement to Operations Manager for approval.
- Ensure every employee including himself follow the safety rules and procedure.
- Responsible for upkeep of field service equipment and cleanliness of the work spot and equipment.
- Update the job progress to customer, Project Executive, and Operations Manager.
- Get the sign on the Delivery Order and service report by owner’s representative.
- Make up maintenance program for every service taken and monitor.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Provides daily work direction to service teammates.
