**Key Responsibilities**
- **Project Planning**: Develop realistic project schedules, factoring in technical complexity and constraints such as long lead-time.
- **Compliance Assurance**: Ensure proposal meets safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.
- **Supplier/Contractor Coordination**: Work with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive proposals for materials, equipment and services. May require overseas travel for factory acceptance tests or business meetings (China, Japan, Korea, etc.).
- **Technical Evaluation**: Develop feasible and cost-effective technical solutions based on single line diagrams and scope of work, ensuring alignment with project timelines and contract specifications.
- **Documentation**: Prepare technical documents for tender submissions, including BOQs, quotations, drawings, specifications, and clarifications.
- **Cost Optimization**: Support in identifying cost-saving opportunities and conducting risk assessments within tenders.
- **Follow-through skills**: Participate in post-tender presentations, interviews, and client clarifications, and assist with a complete and quality handover to the project team

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Detail-oriented and organizational skills.
- Qualifications in Engineering. Electrical background is a plus but all backgrounds are welcome.
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines.
