**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare accurate HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air-Conditioning) drawings and shop drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit.
- Interpret mechanical and architectural plans to develop air-conditioning layout drawings.
- Work closely with project engineers and site teams to ensure drawing compliance with design intent and building codes.
- Update and revise drawings according to engineer feedback, design changes, or site conditions.
- Maintain organized documentation and drawing files as per company standards.
- Support project coordination and assist with design detailing and material take-offs when required.

**Job Requirements & Skills**:

- Degree / Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in air-conditioning or M&E drafting preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must; experience with Revit/BIM is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, ductwork, piping layouts, and M&E coordination.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical, architectural, and structural drawings.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiar with local building regulations and construction standards
