- Manage full spectrum of recruitment function including job portal posting, shortlisting, interviewing, profiling and offering.
- Conduct Orientation/Induction for new join staff.
- Processing all Government Claims (NS, Childcare, Maternity, etc)
- Update and maintenance of Payroll system
- Regular generating of employees’ leave reports and all other letters
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, includes handling foreign employees’ work passes.
- Handle disciplinary issues, grievances, absenteeism and other employee disputes.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned by Head of HR.
- 任职要求
- Possesses Bachelor Degree's in Business or HR Management.
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office skills ie. Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills
- Strong experience in dealing with employee matters, labour laws and work relations in Singapore
- Must be able to read and write mandarin to liaise with non English speaking employee.
